Millennium Downtown Hotel Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi

Upon arrival, the hotel rooms with a kitchenette were unfortunately closed, but overall, they were quite spacious compared to European standards. The service from the concierge to housekeeping was exceptional, with a warm welcome from Camille and continuous professional assistance from Arnel and Arwin. The location in downtown Abu Dhabi offered convenient access to nearby attractions, despite the cleanliness issues in some areas. The dining experience was subpar, falling short of 5-star standards. However, the hotel facilities did not disappoint, especially the Italian coffee.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not suitable for our family, not ready on time, with a small double bed of only 160 cm. On the bright side, the hotel is big and there's a good sports bar downstairs called Heroes, and a great Japanese restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were serviced late in the evening but were excellent, clean, fresh, and newly decorated. The hotel also surprised us with two upgrades during our stay, which was a pleasant bonus. The service was top-notch with friendly, helpful, and extremely caring staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was ideal for my needs, although the room felt slightly cold without a cover on the bed. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag, with amazing service from Miss Cameron but poor-quality food that was not as appealing to Asian guests. Overall, a great experience but with some room for improvement.

The hotel has a perfect location for exploring Abu Dhabi, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.
